Shipping Policy

Domestic (Australia)

We ship via Australia Post. Standard processing and shipping times apply once your order is dispatched.

During launch week, due to high order volume, orders will ship within 3-4 business days. After launch week, we're back to our usual same or next business day dispatch.

International

International shipping times vary depending on destination and are handled through our shipping partners. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout where available. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities, these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
