Shipping policy

Domestic (Australia)

We ship via Australia Post. Standard processing and shipping times apply once your order is dispatched.

During launch week, due to high order volume, orders will ship within 3-4 business days. After launch week, we're back to our usual same or next business day dispatch.

International

International shipping times vary depending on destination and are handled through our shipping partners. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout where available.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by you to receive your parcel, US and UK excluded. 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or delayed parcels
